Examine your breasts regularly for lumps and bumps as this will enable you to detect any problems early and avoid complications later. Lifted, well-rounded and shapely breasts of a female gives her an added attraction and such a bust symbolizes youthful beauty. Shapeless, small, sluggish or over-developed breasts rob a woman of a streamlined figure. With the passing of youth, the busts droop, but if this happens in youthful days ( due to sheer negligence it often happens with the majority of women in our country) early attention should be paid to avoid this defect.
Breast care is very important as it is among the erogeonous zones, and a feeding organ for a baby. If a woman’s breasts sag and get flabby at an early age, it will fail to have any sexual attraction. A doctor had rightly said that there is no use of a breast which does not serve any purpose for a husband not to a baby.
