Beauty of the Breasts

No other part of a woman’s body is so attractive as her breasts which add to the overall beauty, charm and grace of a woman. The first thing that attracts an onlooker is the bustline of a passing woman.

Breasts are basically made up of cells, glands, tissues, milk ducts, fibrous tissue and fat. There are no muscles in the breast tissue. A buxom and full breastline is a symbol of feminine beauty. A female becomes aware of the beauty of her breasts as soon as she steps out of her adolescene and attains youth. Although, shapely breasts are the gift of nature, their maintenance is in your own hands. Timely care since early adolescence, when a woman is in her formative years, can help her in keeping her breastline attractive.

A girl goes through rapid body changes between the ages of twelve and fourteen years when breasts start developing, and between fourteen and eighteen they developfully. However, sometimes growth is stunted due to hormonal imbalance, congenital defects or deficiency of a nourishing diet. Wearing a shapely and tight brassiere since early developmental years is advisable in order to prevent sagging in later years. Remember, bras should not be too tight as this may cause cancer. During the development period girls should go in for activities like swimming, skipping, playing badminton or table-tennis, swinging or riding which gives vigorous exercise to the upper portion of the body.
